Kung gusto mo mabilis, try liposuction. If you dont like surgery, diet and cardio lang yan. Try the morning banana diet. 6 small meals per day. Minimize the intake of  simple carbs- white rice and sweets; instead eat brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat bread etc.  Drink green tea. Your cardio must be intense; include weight-training. If you want to take a supplement, i recommend carnitine. Good luck.

exercise. swimming pinakafastest way.. oh any btw.. after swimming try not to eat :D its just a habit... people say after swim ull get really hungry... maybe u could drink enervon HP. but once nasanay na katawan mo u wont feel hungry.
i will eat you like a chocolate bar!

Inom ka everyday ng matador tapos konti lang kainin mo na food. Pero inom ka madame tubig para malinis agad katawan mo. Pati para hindi ka madehydrate. Magpuyat ka na rin.

*yan ginawa ko. bilis ko pumayat. pumanget ng konti muka. pero madaan naman sa maayos na pagtulog pagkatapos mong mag0adeek. haha.*

I was suppose to reply to this thread but I totally forgot. I used to be more than 200 lbs. Age can not be defied and as you age your metabolism gets slower. Since I am in the Food Industry and I also deal with Healthline food I would like to explain that there are various ways to lose weight through food intake but it MUST be working hand in hand with a good exercise regimen. South Beach Diet and Zone Diet are best for recommendation however there is also what we call Macrobiotic Diet that deals with Food Preparations that are very Purist in nature.

All three of these are effective and I would like to defy the idea of having a Liposuction or Surgical means to lose weight because for me its not only expensive but if one chose to have the right food intake and a disciplined eating habit then it follows that one will reach a certain weight desired.

There is one great Ingredient for weight loss and it has to be followed properly and im talking about the WILL to lose weight - its the WILL POWER and there are no excuses.

BEFORE you go on a diet please search in youtube: Sugar: The Bitter Truth then you take it from there. Drinking Soda will cause fat build up and fructose can not be digested by the liver so in turn it is turned to fats or Triglycerides that is not good for the Body if stored. If you have the will power to stop drinking Soda that is purely Salt and Sugar then its one step to losing weight.

Follow a diet regimen that is LOW SALT, LOW SUGAR AND LOW FAT  then things will follow. For Carnivorous people Meat is good but for Beef the least marbolized is the Tenderloin, Pork is the Porkloin, and Poultry are the Breast.

For Starch I recommend Organic Red Rice youll hate it but will learn to love it. You can duplicate it with Potatoes but not French Fries, Sweet Potato that is boiled but not fried. Remember when you go on a diet you should just follow BROIL, GRILL, BOIL, BLANCH,STEAM and NEVER use oil for frying unless you will use Virgin Olive Oil or Canola then its a go but then if its an animal meat youre cooking Animal Fat will seep out.

Prevention is better than Cure so just follow everything while most of you are younger because if you have diseases in your genes then chances are in the future you will be doing the same diet so why not start now?

Remember guys all Saturated Fat is still fat and dangerous so that means Butter should be taken in Moderation.

The most important thing that all of you should do is to start looking at the Ingredients and the Nutritional Values of each food you shot in the Supermarket. If you see Corn Syrup included in the food material then get away from it.

The best ever way is to eat food that is fresh from the Market. Fresh food is the best whichever way you cook it.

Lastly, let me share to you that I was a coffee drinker and a tea drinker but when I decided to keep myself away from Caffeine something good happened to me. How about that?

day 1: all fruits (as much as you like), no sugar, no juice, at least 8 glasses water
day 2: all veggies, at least 8 glasses water
day 3: fruits and veggies, at least 8 glasses water
day 4: 8 bananas, 3 glasses milk
day 5: four tomatoes, a pound of meat (stick to one kind); 10 glasses of water
day 6: meat and veggies
day 7: brown rice veggies

you can eat whatever you like after, you can repeat as often as you like, but have a 3 day break in between repetitions. and during the break, don't binge.

all diet based on low calorie would just burn your muscle mass... NOT YOUR FAT.

in the end...will slow down your metabolism...making vulnerable too rapid wieght gain later....

For me simply lang:

breakfast: 3 slice of wheat breat(toasted) + milk or juice
lunch: 1 cup of rice + Tuna (preferred century tuna)ahaha may band pa talaga
dinner: 1cup of rice + vegetables....  dapat light meal lang masama pag too much o busog ka pag gabi.

Then exercise is the most important and balance diet dapat eh.. ganun lang

then drink atleast 8 liters of water a day.

i tried many ways to lessen my weight. pero usually tumatagal lang ako ng 1 month for discipline. the next months kain na naman ng kain until such time may ng comment na sakin tumaba na naman ako. den i start to control again, then the cycle is repeated.

then i had an application on my ipod touch expense tracker. i become wise in spending my money, monitored kasi daily ang expenses ko kaya nakocontrol ko na ngayun. then i also downloaded weight tracker application basically to monitor my weight. positive na bumababa ang timbang ko.

now the probelm is. i started to notice na nag sasag na ang bilbil ko at chest ko. i think i need to do excercise or body build to replace the lost fats or else puro strech marks ang labas ko nito.

swimming is one of the easiest to lost weight---- if u can manage by not eating much after swimming :D, proper exercise and diet lng naman... stay away from junk foods. and limit your rice... one at a time... wag bigla... drink lots and lots of water. i dont like cardio in the gym... makes me stupid so... swim lng talaga ako.. then... yun lng... wag magstop sa any routine exercise or sport especially gym kasi madaling lumobo once u stop!
