Know the basics first.. learn the ABC

A-IR WAY
(check mo muna if obstructed ba yung ilong,lalamunan or mouth cause they are the major air way of our body)
B-reathing
(tignan ang rise and fall ng chest at pakiramdaman ang nose or mouth for sign of breathing)
C-ircultion
(check for the pulse.. knowing kng still pumping parin si heart which us vital)

eto plang isa sa mga basics.. sa uulitin..
