when u exercise u gain muscles and muscles are heavier than fats. :)

maghanap kayo ng meds na may Dibencozide content. un naman ang generic na appetite enhancer pero hanggang dun lang un. Vitamins don't make you fat, they just give you essentials lalo na kung di naman tama ang kinakain mo. Same thing goes with supplements... kaya nga sila tinawag na ganun eh.
 
If you want to gain weight, I'd have to agree with posts saying go to the gym. Your instructor would probably give you a program that'll help you gain some muscle mass first before you start hitting the weights.
 
However kung wala kang time for the gym... yet malakas kang kumain at payat ka pa din. it's entirely dependent on your metabolic rate, if you have an active lifestyle then that would explain kung bket ka ganyan. OR baka naman kahit marami kang pambili ng food eh wala ka naman ganang kumain - yun try Dibencozide (Heraclene) or kung anumang appetite enhancers in the market para ganahan ka.
 
If wala pa ring progress. Then just ask your doctor for the safest way to gain weight tailored for YOU. Bka may underlying condition ka like hyperthyroidism or kung anuman na di mo alam ^^,... di kita tinatakot. i'm just presenting options hehe

Do you wanna get fat or gain mass? Try to eat lots of protein from lean meats such as chicken breast, fish, and beef. try to consume about 2-2.5 kilos per day. dont skip meals. work out your muscle group every other day. this means if you'll have your abs workout today Wednesday, you should rest tomorrow and then do it on Friday. This will give your abs ample time to recover.

Always keep in mind that you need to eat before and after working out. Otherwise, you'll have muscle wasting. What you'll eat will go to your muscles, so if you eat fatty foods, you'll get fat or swollen. And if you eat protein rich food, you'll build muscles.

Supplements or whey protein drinks are good, but my trainer doesnt recommend it. we need do it the natural way.
