i noticed that during work out, my muscles are hard and firm, but a day after work out they become soft again...why is that? how do you keep those muscles to remain "muscular"?
the most common protein food is chicken breasts...are there other protein food that you can recommend since you can't always eat chicken breasts ... baka tubuan ako ng pakpak hahaha jokealso, how much protein intake should be consumed?thanks again
what exercises can you do for your upper chest? i do inclined chest press on the machine, declined push up and the seated butterfly on the machine. yet i can't seem to see any improvements...i don't know why this is so? any suggestions?
