Try doing this:1. Inclined Chest Press barbel - 10 Kg each side, 15 reps, 5 sets2. Flat Chest Press barbel - 10 Kg each side, 15 reps, 5 sets3. Hammer Strength chest press - 20 kg each side, 15 reps, of 5 sets.You may also try drop sets. Add 2.5 kg for each set, and lessen your reps by 2 for each set.If you think you can handle more weight, you can start with 15 kg for each side. Thats for the inclined and Chest Press barbel.

What could be the reason behind this? At first, I was hesitant as well to sign up, since i heard so many negative reviews such as the payment system, security, and sexual advances from other clients. In my 8 months of stay, I'm pretty satisfied with their service. I havent encountered sexual advances or anything weird. Most of the people around are decent. I go there early in the morning since it gets crowded late in the afternoon til closing.
