Chicken in Lemon Butter and Mushrooms

Chicken is cooked with mushrooms, lemon, garlic, and capers. A great skillet chicken recipe.
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:

    * 1/2 cup butter
    * 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    * 1 teaspoon salt
    * 1 garlic clove
    * 1/8 teaspoon pepper
    * 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    * 1 can sliced mushrooms (4 to 6 ounces)
    * 1 tablespoons drained capers
    * 1 chicken, cut up, about 3 pounds chicken parts or bone-in chicken breasts

Preparation:
In a skillet over medium heat, combine butter, lemon juice, salt, garlic, pepper, paprika, mushrooms and capers. Bring to the boil; arrange chicken in skillet and again bring to the boil. Cover skillet and simmer for 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender, turning frequently.
Serves 4.
