Akalain mo na wala pang thread ang mga taga-sagot ng telepono sa PG4M? Samantalang andami natin ditong nagtatrabaho sa BPO industry. Kaya this is it: ang tambayan ng mga call boys (at call girls, if that's your thing).

Refresh ko lang yung kausap kong naka-hold.

Kwento nung friend ko na nag-work sa Proflowers, may tumawag na hindi makapag-decide kung anong flowers ang bibilhin. Ayaw din sabihin ng caller kung ano ang occasion.

In the end, nung naubos na yung catalog at wala pa ring mapili ang medyo bitchy na caller, nung tinanong nya friend ko kung ano pa meron, ang sagot ni friend: meron kaming vase.

yep. pag mali ang nadeliver, pag kahit isa sa 12 roses eh wilted at nireport ni customer, redeliver. minsan ibabalik ang pera sa kanila..

hay nako.. epal ang pro-flowers!!!! hirap makabenta dati dahil sa kanila..
