hindi ko alam solution yan. tanong ko sa ibang kakilala ko. ihandle large account and IT audit ako ngayon.

actually ako rin. pero honestly, taxation is the most practical to study. very useful.

good morning to all my accounting mentors out there....
i have a question to ask: my input vat is more than my output vat because some of our customers do not want us to issue invoices (so as to have a lower price). how can this be resolved? thanks in advance

when you say resolved......what is it that you mean...........

there are several ways kasi to attack this problem........but the solution will depend on what you want for a result........

so by resolved......what kind of outcome do you want or expect.............

but this doesn't have to be a TAX problem........

it becomes a TAX problem if the resolution that  88 is looking for is for TAXATION purposes............

if it's simply bookkeeping......then it is not a TAX problem............

how do we convincce the customers that we need to issue invoices for their purchases. the problem is they don't want to because it means additional 12% which they don't offset to their sales because their customers don't want invoices either. if we insist naman on issuing invoices, we lose the customers

i know it is not an accounting problem but my boss assigned this problem to our accounting department to resolve the issue.

and i'm back after some time of hibernation
backtrack lang ako ng ilang messages here

speaking of invoices uminit yung ulo ko sa isang supplier last week
di sya nag-issue ng invoice kasi COD naman daw
tapos nung paid na at prepared na yung 2307 magrereklamo sya na mali yung tax withheld
kesyo subjected daw sila sa vat eh wala naman silang mapresent na invoice nung nanghihingi ako
tuturuan pa daw ako sa "1.12" na i doubt kung alam nya ang basis.

makikiasali lang ha?

question, so nagbebenta ba kayo sa customers nyo ng mas mababang presyo kung walang invoice? if yes, pano kayo nagrereport ng vat for those sales?

if yes: pwede nyo siguro sila bigyan ng invoice price na inclusive ng vat. say, meron isang product they get from you which costs PhP 112.00 correct me if im wrong, kung gagawan nyo sila ng invoice, theyll pay you P 125.44 for that item. pero kung di nyo sila gagawan ng invoice, 112 lang ang babayaran nila. now heres what you do, prepare and invoice for them pero make them pay 112 pero ang sales price now is 100 tas vat na 12 pesos. kaya lang magkakaron yun ng effect sa pricing nyo tsaka sa vat declaration nyo.

you can tell naman ur customers na pwede nila i offset yung vat na binayaran nila sa inyo with their  input vat.

did i even make a sense here? hahahaha. parang magulo yung post ko.

ano ba nature ng business nyo? baket meron kayo mga customers na ayaw magpa invoice? pano ang receipt kung walang invoice?
